Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use

• In their original condition

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing unless otherwise approved by Snack Powered.

We recommend reviewing our size information before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size or Fit

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely because an item does not fit.

Please carefully review the sizing information on the product page before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

Refunds

If your return or refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider a few business days to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to reasons other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Snack Powered will cover the necessary replacement or return costs.
