Shipping Policy

At Snack Powered, we make our products to order so that each item is created especially for you. We work with trusted production and fulfillment partners to print and ship your order.

Processing and Production

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, and other circumstances. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order has been shipped, when tracking is available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within eligible destinations.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order has been produced and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If an order is returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier. While we cannot control carrier delays, we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues.

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available for your order, additional shipping charges, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
